African Vegetarian Stew

         4 sm Kohlrabi, peeled and chunked    .5 c  Couscous 
         1 lg Onion, chopped                   2 Sweet Potatoes,peeled 
                                                      and chunked
         1 teaspoon Ground Coriander          .5 teaspoon Ground Turmeric 
         2    Zucchini, sliced thick          .5 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon 
         5    Tomatoes, fresh or              .5 teaspoon Ground Ginger 
        16 oz Can Tomatoes, chopped           .25 teaspoon Ground Cumin 
        15 oz can garbanzos, drained          .5 teaspoon cayenne
        .25 cup raisins (optional)              (or to your heat tolerance)
         .5 teaspoon black pepper             4 c  Water 
         1 teaspoon salt                      4 Tablespoons natural-style 
                                                     peanutbutter
  
   
         Saute the onion until golden in a small amount of oil.
         Combine all the ingredients except the peanut butter 
         in a large saucepan.  Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and 
         simmer until the vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes. 
         Add the peanut butter, stir until melted and well mixed.
