Chicken Saigon

            1 c. sour cream
            1 Tablespoons Sriracha 
             garlic powder

            1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
            crushed potato chips
    
    Mix sriracha and sour cream. coat chicken in mixture;
    marinate up to 4 hours. 
    Pre-heat oven to 325F.
    roll chicken in potato chips. sprinkle generously with
    garlic; bake on cookie sheet in 350F oven for 45 minutes.
    that's it. serve with a nice, cold chardonnay, rice, and
    a simple veggie.
